I know the thought of having a photographer in your home for lifestyle newborn photos in your home can seem overwhelming. But, your HOME is the special place you have so lovingly prepared for your baby, so why not document your growing family in the comfort of your own home? It truly is an honor to enter your home where so many of your memories have & will be made!

My only stipulation for a lifestyle in-home newborn portrait session is LIGHT. By that, I mean natural light… as in the sun. Families love those dreamy, bright images. LIGHT is a top requirement. If your home doesn’t have an abundance of light, then we will create a plan together.

I documented the sweet family’s maternity session last summer and it was such a fantastic session! When their precious baby boy arrived, I knew his newborn lifestyle session would be just as special. Baby Hudson was an absolute angel and slept through his entire newborn session.

What Makes In-Home Newborn Sessions So Special?

Baby Hudson’s nursery and the master bedroom were filled with beautiful natural light, so we were able to utilize these amazing spaces in the home. Of course, Hudson’s nursery was decorated to perfection! We were also able to include their fur baby, which was just so sweet. They’ll make memories over the years in all of these adored spaces throughout their home!

Creating Printed Keepsakes

Our final plan for their lifestyle newborn photos at home is to create printed keepsake albums and wall portraits that will be displayed throughout their home. As Hudson grows he will love looking around his home and seeing just how SPECIAL he is to his wonderful parents!
