Baby Sloane’s in-home newborn photography session was just the sweetest! Newborn sessions always bring me back to the memories of when my daughter was a newborn. It is such a precious time that goes by way too fast. During the newborn session, I captured the most timeless memories. We shot photos throughout the family’s light-filled home, utilizing only natural light. Sloane’s mama beautifully decorated baby Sloane’s nursery with soft shades of pink and crisp whites. It was so simple and sweet. Her nursery reflected the feel of the family and matched the love that they have.

This new family was so at ease during their session. Even baby Sloane was so relaxed and sweet. They were naturals! Sloane’s mama was open to whatever I had envisioned during the newborn session. However, she did have one idea in mind. Her only request was to incorporate her wedding veil during the session somehow. It was such a beautiful and unique idea. I loved it! I was so excited to include a beautiful heirloom piece from her wedding day and create a timeless image that would be cherished for many years. It was a unique way to remember their wedding day and their first baby! I know that when Sloane’s family looks at these precious photos, they will be taken back to this special time in their lives.
