I just wrapped another year of fall portraits! In addition to my full family sessions, I offer specialty seasonal mini sessions on my private, Dahlonega GA farm located just an hour north of Atlanta. Today, I selected a few of my favorites for an Atlanta Fall Mini Recap!
What is an Fall Mini Session?
Mini sessions are just what they sound like, shortened 20 minute portrait session. These seasonal sessions are the perfect way for families to ensure they have yearly updated family portraits without the price & time investment of a full session. These sessions are held on a specific date & sessions are held back to back all day or weekend long. My minis sessions are always held on my North Georgia private farm during peek leaf season! Our farm has become a coveted location for many families, so these sessions book quickly!
Is a Mini Portrait Session Right for Your Family?
There are a few differences between Atlanta fall minis and my normal or “full” sessions. First, the minis sessions are short, right at 20 minutes. So, if your children are shy, this may not be enough time for them to warm up to me and feel comfortable in front of the camera!
Second, fall minis are always held on my private farm. So, if you have another location in mind, a normal custom session would be best for you!
Lastly, mini-sessions don’t include the use of my client wardrobe or scheduled makeup. If you would like to borrow from my client wardrobe and have our team schedule hair and makeup, then a mini wouldn’t be the best choice!
If you want a short and sweet session for yearly updated portraits, then my Fall Minis would be the perfect choice for you!
